1. The game

Kote is a free game where you predict the number of views of TikTok videos with virtual coins.

Coins have no real value: they can't be bought, sold, traded or converted into money or gifts. Kote is not a gambling game.

Accepted videos: you can only bet on TikTok videos posted less than 7 days ago.
Odds: they are calculated automatically when you bet. A placed bet is final.
Limit: 2 bets in progress at most per video.
Result: a bet is won as soon as the video reaches the target before the deadline. Otherwise, it is lost at the deadline.
Video deleted or made private: the bet is canceled and the stake refunded.
Unclaimed winnings: they are credited automatically after 7 days.
Errors: statistics come from TikTok, and Kote is not responsible for any errors or delays in them. In case of an obvious bug, we may correct or cancel a bet.

Forbidden content: names, photos and content that are insulting, hateful, sexual, illegal, or that impersonate someone.
Cheating is forbidden: bots, multiple accounts, exploiting bugs, referral abuse.
Penalties: if the rules are broken, we may reset coins, suspend or delete an account.

Availability: Kote is provided “as is”. The site may be interrupted, changed or shut down, and the rules, odds and rewards may change.
Video content: TikTok videos belong to their creators. Kote only shows their public statistics and a link to TikTok.

These terms may be updated. The version online is the one that applies.
